The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped. In case of complaint or refund, this will be made to the same credit card used for the order. The money is not transferred to another account number.
We do not charge fees for payment.
If you choose payment via bank transfer, your ordered goods will be shipped when we receive your payment. If we have not received your payment within 5 banking days from your order date, your order will be cancelled. Account information for bank transfer will appear on your invoice which you will receive by email.
With bank transfer, check or similar, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
UPS/Danske Fragtmænd sends an advisory via SMS with delivery time. If you are unable to be home, you can always write a power of attorney so another person (e.g. friend, neighbor or family member) can sign receipt for the goods, or alternatively arrange for the driver to deliver the goods at a specified location without anyone signing receipt for the goods (the power of attorney serves as confirmation of delivery). NOTE! Make sure to be available to sign receipt for the goods if no power of attorney has been written.
Delivery time can be found under each individual product. Some variants are not updated daily, which may result in delivery time being increased on some days. During peak season (March, April, May, October and November), delivery time may be a few days longer. If the goods unexpectedly are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the order based on delay. The stated delivery time only applies to weekdays.
The total maximum delivery time for our products can be 10 working days and minimum 4 working days.
You can choose to have your goods sent to an address other than your registered address, e.g. to your summer house, your workplace or a workshop of your choice.

TyreEurope takes full financial responsibility if the product disappears or is damaged during delivery. It is important that you make a correct report of any damage. If you can see that the packaging or product has been damaged during delivery, please notify the carrier directly after receiving the goods. If you discover the damage when unpacking the goods, we encourage you to report it to us using the contact form or by phone 70605035 within 2 working days from receiving the goods.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods, or receive the last goods in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different goods ordered in one order and delivered individually.
Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. In your message, you must clearly make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.You cannot withdraw by simply refusing receipt of the goods without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the goods return shipment. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.
The costs for return are expected to amount to a maximum of approx. DKK: 70.00 per piece.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you must not put them into actual use.
If the goods have been tried beyond what is described above, we consider them as used, which means that upon withdrawal from the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid to us back. In case of a deterioration in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not extra costs resulting from your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned them before then.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months' right to complain. (We provide 12 months' right to complain to businesses.) This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
